Welcome to the VTC Systems Hub Guide

This documentation is here so you do not have to guess where things are. If you are lost, use the search box or scroll the sections and read only what you need.

First Steps

For Drivers: Joining a Hub

Getting started as a new member of a VTC is straightforward. Follow these steps to access your company's Hub:

  1. Get the Invite Link: Ask your VTC owner or staff for their unique Hub invite link. Owners can find this link by clicking the icon next to the company name in their dashboard.
  2. Authenticate: Use the provided link to be redirected to your company's specific login portal and sign in securely with Discord.
  3. Guided Tour: Upon your first successful login, an interactive tour will guide you through the main features and sections of the dashboard.

For Owners: Customizing your Hub

Once your Hub is deployed, you'll want to personalize it to reflect your VTC's brand and operational needs. Here's a quick checklist:

  • Branding: Navigate to Master Control > System to upload your VTC Logo, set your primary theme color, and add a custom background.
  • Rules & Content: Go to Master Control > Content to write your VTC's handbook, convoy protocols, and post important announcements.
  • Staff Positions: In Master Control > Recruitment, create custom application forms for the staff roles you need to fill.

Personal Setup & Tracker

Every driver can customize their personal experience and ensure their jobs are logged automatically:

  • Profile Settings: Click on your avatar in the sidebar footer to access your personal settings, where you can select your country flag and choose featured achievement badges.
  • Driver Card: Customize the background of your digital driver card (Elite tier only) and download your personalized license as a PNG image.
  • Discord Webhooks: (For Admins) Set up webhooks in the System tab to receive live logs of jobs, applications, and other VTC activity directly in your Discord server.
Pro Tip: Download the Tracker client immediately to start logging your jobs automatically and accurately.

Download the Tracker Client. It runs in the background to automatically log your jobs.
  • Auto-Detection: Starts logging when you pick up a job in-game.
  • Live Telemetry: Sends speed, gear, and location to the dashboard.
  • Discord RPC: Shows your job status on your Discord profile.
Note: If you are using Discord desktop, the status updates instantly.

  • RSVP System: Mark yourself as "Going", "Maybe", or "No".

Note: Changing the Access Key occasionally in the System tab helps with security.
FAQ
Is the Tracker Safe?
Yes. The client is open-source and only reads telemetry data from the game (speed, location, cargo). It does not access personal files.
Can I join multiple VTCs?
The system supports one active VTC profile per Discord account to ensure accurate leaderboard tracking. You must leave your current VTC to join another.
Does it work with ProMods?
Absolutely. The tracker detects your coordinates regardless of the map mod. Locations may just show as "Unknown" if they are not in our city database yet.
How do I rank up?
You earn XP for every kilometer driven. Attending official convoys grants bonus XP. Check the 'My Stats' page to see your progress towards the next level.
I found a bug
Please report any issues via the 'Driver Support' ticket system in the Extras section. Include screenshots if possible.
Customize Profile
Click on your avatar in the bottom left corner of the dashboard to open settings. You can select featured achievements and your country flag.

Common Terms
  • VTC: Virtual Trucking Company. A group of players driving together.
  • TMP: TruckersMP. The multiplayer mod for ETS2/ATS.
  • LOA: Leave of Absence. Authorized time off from driving duties.
  • Telemetry: Real-time data sent from the game (speed, location, cargo).
  • ETS2 / ATS: Euro Truck Simulator 2 / American Truck Simulator.
